Randy Wise
Dealer Owner
Randy has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Troy Slivka Jr.
General Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 24 years and have been fortunate to gain experience in many areas of the dealership, including the Detail Department, Sales, Sales Management, Service, and Service Management. Working in so many different roles has given me a well-rounded perspective and a true appreciation for what it takes to deliver a great customer experience. I'm a proud husband and father, and when I'm away from the dealership, I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time on the boat, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines, and making memories with my family. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is the opportunity to meet new people every day. Building relationships, learning from others, and helping our customers are the reasons I've loved this business for more than two decades.

Jason Wendling
Sales Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, spending the majority of my career selling domestic vehicles before moving to the luxury automotive space a couple of years ago. That experience has given me a broad understanding of the industry and the ability to help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs. When I'm not at the dealership, I enjoy golfing, snowmobiling, and riding my motorcycle whenever I get the chance. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is helping people. There's nothing more rewarding than finding the right vehicle for each customer's lifestyle and making their buying experience smooth and simple from start to finish.

Tommy Xiong
Finance Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 10 years, with experience in Vehicle Acquisitions, Sales, and Finance. Those roles have given me the opportunity to help customers through every step of the car-buying process and make sure they have a great experience from start to finish. What I enjoy most about this business is meeting new people every day. As a car enthusiast, it still feels like being a kid in a candy store. I get to see and drive some incredible vehicles while helping customers find the right one for them. When I'm not at the dealership, you'll probably find me on the water because, simply put, fishing is life.

Brent Edwards
Service Director
With 26 years of experience in the automotive industry, I feel very fortunate to do what I love every day as part of a team that truly makes you feel like you’re part of something larger. What I enjoy most is how the industry is constantly evolves. Technology is always changing, which means we’re always learning something new. I have been married to my amazing wife for 22 years, and have 8 children. Outside of work, I enjoy working on small engines, riding dirt bikes, hunting, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Steve Gruehn
Parts Director
I've been in the automotive industry for 18 years and have had the opportunity to work with a variety of manufacturers, including BMW, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, Toyota, and Volkswagen. Working with so many different brands has given me valuable experience and a deep understanding of the parts side of the business. What I enjoy most about my role is the challenge of ensuring our customers and technicians receive the correct part the first time, especially as vehicle technology continues to evolve. Solving those challenges and helping people every day is what keeps the job rewarding. When I'm away from the dealership, my favorite place to be is relaxing on a faraway beach with my family and enjoying some well-earned downtime.
